Refund policy

Merica Truck Parts stands behind the quality of the products we sell. Because many of our items are closeout, surplus, discontinued, or obsolete parts, we have specific return guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (CDI boxes, ECUs, sensors, wiring, etc.)
  • Installed or attempted-to-install items
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Special order items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or use

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Merica Truck Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • If the returned item does not meet return criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on inventory availability.
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue and packaging.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
